The Pakistan Taekwondo Council has conducted “Taekwondo Black Belt Promotion Ceremony ” at Tariq Niazi Hockey Stadium Mianwali on 4 th February 2007 at the occasion of Tehsil Sports Mela Jashan-e-Baharan Festival 2007.Instructor Sarwer Rana has given the over view of the Pakistan Taekwondo Council activities in all over Pakistan including Mianwali and congratulation by PTC-President and Founder Master Zubairi to all participants upon achieving the awards.

Honorable Amjad Ali Khan (Mayor Mianwali City) was the chief guest and has distributed Certificates, medals and trophies among Players. Mr. Raja Khalid Pervaiz (Deputy Superintendent of Police) also witnesses the event as Guest of Honor. Special guests includes Mr. Mian Mohammad Ashraf (Deputy Mayor), Mr. Shaikh Riaz (SDO Buildings) Mr. Imtiaz Bhatti (Sports Officer) Mr. Manzoor Kamran (Radio Pakistan), Professor Sarwer Niazi (Govt College Mianwali), Mr. M.Ashfaq Khan (Secretary Badminton Association) and people from media, sports, martial arts also witness the event.

Taekwondo black belts have displayed the techniques of basic exercises, Poomse, Gyroki and Kyukpa.
