Hackensack, NJ... On July 15, 2006, Sifu Quoc L. Tran, founder and chief instructor of Tran's Combat Martial Arts with his two private students, Wing-Sheung Lee and Benedick M. Baniqued trained at Sandy Hook Beach in New Jersey. Sifu Tran's wife, Thao Lu and Baniqued's girlfriend, Jacklyn also attended. The training starts with meditation and warm-up exercises. Sifu Tran covered with his students some basic hand and foot techniques, combat self defense, weapons (staff & nunchaku) and sparring.
