Muay Thai champion Yoddenchai Sitpholek from Bangkok and world champion Mark Vogel gave a Top seminar in the MAA-I Martial Arts center

Bernd Hoehle, Headmaster of the Martial Arts Association – Internatinal www.MAA I.com arranged in co-operation with the IKBO and the Master Gym Duisburg a Muay Thai seminar.

The seminar was led by the Thai Muay Thai Top champion Yoddenchai Sitpholek and IKBO Thaibox world champion Mark Vogel. Master Yoddenchai Sitpholek from Bangkok walked on in his career over 330 Muay Thai of fights under others was it also " former NUMBER 1 Lumpini stadium and Ratchadamnoen stadium the two largest Muay Thai stadium of Thailand. World champion Mark Vogel is acting World champion in the Thaiboxing of the I.K.B.O., Intercontinental champions WBC Muaythai and super League Fighter.

The number of participants-limited seminar was already briefly written off after publication completely. The participants traveled from different parts Germany to the Seminar. After the greetings and conception of the advisers by the organizer Bernd Hoehle, only times after the instructions of world champion Mark Vogel warmed up and some basis techniques was informed. Then master Yoddenchai Sitpholek, it took over demonstrated a set of box and kicking combinations which of the participants to convert was. Here master Yoddenchai Sitpholek put much value on the correct step work and the correct angle to set around the conditions for the maximum force development of the techniques surely.

Next some Clinch exercises and Clinch techniques stood on the program, which demanded the condition of some participants. Now knees and elbow techniques were explained and trained. The largest part was the Pad training, it hard and dynamic combinations was queried beside the partner exercises. World champion Mark Vogel placed here the speed and power training in the foreground.

In the connection still questions were approximately answered around training in Thailand and the fighters. Bernd Hoehle over handed master Yoddenchai Sitpholek the honorary membership of the MAA-I & golden the Dragon e.V. Center. The seminar arrived very good and ended with the delivery of the participant documents.
