On September Saturday the 8th. The IMMAA/KKBK held another excellent MMA Seminar here in Canada. There were many arts present, such as Okinawa Goju Ryu Karate, Chinese Black Dragon Kung Fu as well as Modern/Japanese Jujitsu.

Sensei Jeff Barrett – spends some time teaching the fine points of movement, distancing and striking of Goju Ryu Karate. He is an incredible martial artist that is even more humble in nature. A sear pleasure to train & work with it was truly an experience of a lifetime.

Kyoshi Jason Carter then took the floor and went on to teach a variety of locks as well as how to control an opponent using very little force by the use of pressure points. He also taught how body movement and positioning are also a vital point of the art of Jujitsu.

The end of the seminar brought a special surprise. The KKBK and its Founder/CEO took a moment to present Sensei Barrett with a certificate of recognition and membership into our International Family. Sensei Jeff Barrett brings along with himover 25 years in the art of Okinawa Goju Ryu Karate. He is a student of Sensei Meitoku Yagi and his sons...
