The King of Ghana and his Royal Sports Instructor Bernd Hoehle
His Royal Highness Togbui Ngoryifa Olatidoya Kosi Cephas Bansah - king of the kingdom of Ghana Hohoe (Westafrica), has always been accompanied by TV teams and journalists and was given the honour of visiting Schaumburg on the occasion of a high society of prominent reception "the world to guest in the castle". During this time, he visited Bernd Hoehle in the Golden Dragon e.V. martial art centre to train with him.
Since 2005, His Royal Highness and Bernd Hoehle have been in contact, the connection is based on the same passion - the martial arts. Before he had coronation/culmination His Royal Highness has been very active and even a district champion. After short greeting the king changed into his uniform with "Germany design" and begun with training. For a start, a few loose exercises and some basic warming up. Secondly, technique training and the last of the three units, His Royal Highness trained with pads, in which he showed much power, dynamic and explosive action.
After training, the king changed again into his royal garments. The 3 years old Aaron Lee had his debut, he successfully demonstrated a break test, in which he broke a board, in front of the astonished eyes of the king and his queen. They praised him and as "crowning" conclusion king Bansah, appointed Hoehle as the "Consultant of Sports" of his kingdom in Ghana. Special honour was also granted to Hoehle, by being appointed to his sole "Royal Personal Coach & Sports Advisor ", too!
The Martial Arts Association International will be supported and recognized by His Royal Highness King Bansah and Bernd Hoehle on sport benefits events and aid projects in his territory, Ghana.
King Bansah could realize many important projects for its people in the last years by donation collecting actions: e.g. installation of water pumps and lines, electricity supply in rural areas, several containers with wheelchairs, bicycles and other aids for handicapped ones, outpatient clinic vehicles and medicines and medical instruments for hospitals. Build for a footbridge over the river Dayi and much more besides. Humans in the Volta region in Ghana appreciate the commitment of their king, because it worries locally about the emergencies of humans.
The next sport benefit seminar “Martial Arts Day” in favour of Ghana’s aid project will be on 1st June in Rhaden/ Germany, which will take place with international top advisers. The event will be supported by Grandmaster Heinz Scheidereiter, Master Thorsten Isringhausen and Bernd Hoehle, who were present at the king’s visit.
