"Jeet Kune DO" is called translated " the way of the intercepting fist ", i.e. possible aggressors are already stopped in the beginning. The Jeet Kune DO is fast, flexibly and extremely effective. It is appropriate a pure self-defense system and directly for the fight, therefore no forms exist e.g. Kata in carats. In the JKD are used fists, feet, knees, elbows, head and even fingers both to the attack and to the defense. It is a freestyle combat art, which is co-ordinated individually on the training, therefore is it insignificant whether one, man or woman, largely or small, easily or is heavy. When combat art, which serves pure, realistic self-defense, is the JKD at efficiency to hardly over-bid. Bruce Lee developed this system from elements of the Wing Chun Kung Fu, western boxing and the fencing art.

The fast written off seminar introduced the participants by Sifu Zahreddin into this Martial art. Bases were trained such as conditions, step work, impact and footstep techniques, as well as defense and countering methods in forms. Sifu Tarek described the substantial characteristics in the foreground to each technology the correct execution posed around maximum strength and speed to obtain.
