Before several years Grandmaster Hayashi from Japan and master Bernd Hoehle (Headmaster of the Martial Arts Association international ) – taught to know and it took care of Bernd Hoehle later than private student.
Grandmaster Hayashi is a not only a highly gifted sword master (Iaido & Kenjutsu) but also expert in the Yojoho (AI exercises), Zen (Meditation), Chowdo (breath exercises) and Sotaiho (Japanese welfare gymnastic).
Among his masters Hiroshi Tada ( direct student of Aikido founder Morihei Ueshiba) master Masakazu Huno, master Hikoshiro Sato and master Kajo Tsuboi Kiryuho.
Lively by its own physical complaints ( Hip and knee pain, function weakness of the organs) it decided me after the conclusion of the " High School " for a three-year study at the professional school for Acupuncture and Acupressure in Osaka. After the study it was there and afterwards at the Chosuda hospital in Tokyo in each case two years actively.
Already during the study time the old-Chinese medicine particularly interested it; in particular for the " Daikei ", the oldest medical paper, which is based on the philosophy of Laotse and the theory of Yin Yang. In this work over nature and philosophy, over herbs, Acupuncture and Acupressure and over Yojoho, the theory for a healthy Lifemanagement and attitude, a form of Qigong is written.
Its special interest applied the Acupuncture and Acupressure and the Yojoho teachings. Around Yojoho to learn it participated on recommendation of a friend instruction with Yoga Master Masahiro Oki. Thus I got a strong mental impetus and discovered same principles in the Yojoho, in the Yoga and in the old Chinese medicine.
Since his interest applied more for flowing movements and I found philosophy and the life of the Aikido Master Morihei Ueshiba very fascinating, he began with master Hiroshi Tada, a pupil of master Ueshiba to learn Aikido. Apart from its freelance activity in Acupuncture and Acupressure practiced he intensivse Aikido and won thereby realizations over breath techniques and practical Yojoho.
By its knowledge to extend it in addition two Zen Dojos visited: Heirinji (Rinzai Zen) and Gessoji (Soto Zen) and participated in the Dojo of master Masakazu Hino in shinto cleaning exercises (Misogi).
With master Hikoshiro Sato (8th Dan) he learned several years Iaido & Kenjutsu (sword art) and with master Kajo Tsuboi Kiryuho (dynamic AI-Meditationtechniques). Further it was occupied intensively with Chowado (breath gymnastic) and Sotaiho (welfare gymnastic).
Since 1985 it lives with his Mrs. Ulla and their three children in Germany and would like at its school for respiration and movement its experiences to pass on. He would like to teach, how one can recover from own strength and strengthen and strengthen its body.
Its personal experiences and realizations, which it won among other things from its different studies of Sotaiho, Misogi, Kiryuho, Zen integrated it into its combat art instruction and its combat art " Taido " called - the natural way mentioned.
