Dr. Bill Drougas, Ph.D., was born in the town of Arta in the west Greece, he studied Physics in the University of Ioannina and received his BsC Diploma in the year 1986 from Physics and Mathematics School University of Ioannina Greece. He holds PhD in Biophysics and Ergophysiology from the School of Medicine the University of Ioannina Greece and postgraduate studies in Health Informatics from MONASH University Australia and Educational Technologies in the Indiana University USA.

He teaches also in the highest technological institute of Epirus. He received many titles world wide as Leading Scientists 2005, Great minds of the 21st Century the World Sports Award, the award of dedication in Human Research, Physics Science Researcher in Sports and Defence Arts Award and many times Hall of Fame award as writer of the year, Grand Master of the Year, Head Founder of the Year, International Achievement the Award and Title as Researcher Historian in Asian Arts from EUSAA and many more.

He is the first Greek who lives in Greece receiving Hall of Fame and the man who inducted in to the Guinnes Book for his prestigious work listing applied kinetic styles and martial arts from all over the world in to his world known Book of Styles. Bill Drougas received many awards from East and west from many well known Grand Masters and heads. His name and Biography enclosed in many Books Korean, Asiatic or Western.

He is the Director and a Professor of the Human Adaptable Technology Research laboratory which focuses in the applications research of the technologies today for human and the education. Professor Dr. Bill Ag. Drougas is an active member in to many world wide scientific and research societies working together with other prestigious scientists for various scientific fields and theories using his experience and his knowledge for experiments and creation of new theories in to the scientific fields that he studied.

His scientific research interests are in to the field of Ergo Physiology, and Bio-Physics for Medicine and also in to the theoretical and applied research for Brain Neurosignals and Neuroscience. He works in theoretical and applied Physical and Mathematical problems in his theories of Discontinuous Transition and to his new theory of the brain signals conductors. He spent many years in to his scientific career with research in to the field of the Physical properties and the ability of the Human body and he published many project papers and theories in to this field world wide.

He created and established the Human Adaptable Technology Research Laboratory HATRLab where he searches with other scientists the methodology of adaptation of the modern technologies and methodology in to human research.

He wrote over 30 books for various sciences and also over 300 articles in magazines and newspapers worldwide. He trained in the following styles of martial arts as,Five animals style, Tenshi Goju , Tian Chuan Fa, Fu Chia pai Huo, Kyokushin Kai, Five Animals Kung Fu, Taekwon Do, Hapki Do. Now he teaches the style of Kung Fu that he created with the name Vichara Tai Jug Fu (Dou Chuan Pai) the Drougas’ Kung Fu Style.
